Ok i am having issues with installing this thing. I downloaded two versions of this..one was 557 megs and the other was 688 megs but both of them wont install. They both boot from the cd and it sets itself up for installation but then it just freezes on that blue progress bar thing. I am installing this on an extra box I have so there is nothing important on this system, but I burned it at different speeds and tried different software with the same results. Any help out there? Thanks

Welcome pablo70
Sorry to hear you're having difficulties with LH...Would you mind giving us a bit more information...Which build are you using...the 557mg copy sounds more like the correct size for each of the builds...Also...can you post your hardware stats for us...LH has been known to have issues in that area.

Sure Star and thanks for the welcome,
I have a althon xp 1800 with 512 megs ram 20 gig HD DVD rom and I have two versions of 4029 one is 557 and the other is 687 megs both freeze at the same part. The funny thing is that I can install 4015 no problems and I tried to install 4029 from 4015 and its seemed to be working and then again it freezes at the same part. I tried different burnning speeds and different software, Nero and Alcohol, i tried removing all pci cards and replaced the cd rom with a dvd rom but no help there. Thanks for any help

Hi pablo70,
This is what worked for me...I created a empty partition on my Hd (w/ P. Magic), put Cd w/ Lh iso on it in CD Drive, while in WindowsXP browse the Cd and click on the setup file (to start install) after installation has started choose advanced to choose the partition to install Lh onto.
It took me several tries until i got it activated after installation. You will have to look around for that info. You probably should have it before you start installing Lh.
Good luck with your installation, let us know how it goes......shreader
