I extracted longhorn with winrar and i have errors:
Can't create BOOT\WINSYS\MANIFEST\X86_MICROSOFT.TOOLS.VISUALCPLUSPLUS.RUNTIME-LIBRARIES_6595B64144
Can't create BOOT\WINSXS\MANIFEST\X86_MICROSOFT.WINDOWS.ISOLATIONAUTOMATION.PROXYSSTUB_6595B64144CC

and more...
visual c ++ runtime libraries, system compatible, common controles, gdiplus, isolationautomation proxystub i don't known what is it.

is this normal? the file is:
MICROSOFT_WINDOWS_LONGHORN_4015.ISO and its makes 665.98Mb

Shot in the dark here.
Were there any crc errors when you extracted from winrar?
If there were try the repair tool winrar provides and hope that when the person packed it they added a recovery record.

If there were no crc errors with winrar it's beyond what i can help you with.

that file name looks a bit odd to me, long name, but the size is right,
i would check the crc value and try unraring it again
