My grandson briefly had an MSN email addy. Briefly, as in two hours. We're back to our regular ISP and his normal account, but every time he logs on there's a message from MSN that he has an unread email message to retrieve. The message isn't new. It's the same one every time and, as the account isn't used, we don't want it in the first place.

Can someone please tell me how to get rid of that damned notification?
