the actual dual boot works fine the problem i am having is that i am using a laptop with a wireless card and XP isnt finding a connection to my wireless card. it isnt even giving me a connection through an ethernet cable connected directly to the router. i need to update windows XP because its an older copy from 2002 and i need to know if there is a way to use the internet connection from vista which works fine to update the XP?

From Vista, download XP SP2 and save it. Then boot into XP and find the installer you saved in Vista and move or copy to the XP side.

Or you can download and put it on a CD.
