Hey guys, how's it going?

I was just curious if anyone here is into R/C at all? Remember what a Turbo Hopper was? That was my last one.. Anyways, for the last 2 months, I've been playing with my Revo 3.3 smile Its all stock, except for the RPM A-arms, but its on its 3rd engine.. I blame the overclocker in me for that.. I just got this motor the day before yesterday, I actually broke it in yesterday.. Im useing O'Donnells 25% nitro, it works pretty good smile I did my break-in with 2wd only, because I stripped a plastic hex nut that keeps the tires in place, they sit on the inner part of the rim, with a lock nut on the outerside, to keep it on the axle carrier, for those who didnt know wink It was great, I did my 5 tank break in, and on the 6th tank it was doing wheelies on pavement with only 3/4 throttle, awsome! Now that 4wd works again, Its not so easy to get the front end up on dry pavement, but grass is no problem! This will be my last TRX 3.3 motor, I will be moveing up to a nice big block smile Some of you guys might remember me from when I was a die hard overclocker, I still do that, but I havent boughten anything new for my pc in about 3 months! thumbsup

Anyways.. Heres some pix of my new baby! I dont have a name for it yet.. but in the nitro world, my handle is ChaosEngine, because someone stole my freeagent name! furious

Pix! thumbsup

lol

I ran out of paint thumbsup

I don't have any pictures of mine, but it is just the way it came except for the motor. She also got the Velineon power system, and this dude will fly. Never clocked it but it is suppose to go over 70 miles per hour with the brushless system in it, the stock or original one went 35 supposedly.

Wooo

I figured this died out but it is nice to see some still involved.

I used to race the 1/10 battery cars. Me and another person traveled from 3 surrounding states racing different tracks. He raced cars and I raced trucks. Usually we woudl take 1st and 1st.

I did a search and I see that Team Associated is still in business. I actually found Team Losi also. Those were the two thta sent my friend and I a huge amount of equipment and etc.

Anyway you sparked my interest in a 1/36 at www.losi.com hehehehe

Awsome guys!

Yeah R/C is still alive and well!

Electric has come along way too! the velineon looks pretty awsome!

I was thinking about getting an E-Revo, I love the massive torque those brushless setups make, its intense!

I had my doubts at first about how much difference the Velineon setup would make, but it is like taking off a 2 barrel carb, and replacing it with dual quads on a high rise manifold.

I also noticed that Losi has there own brushless motors and ESC. I have been out for so long I did not even know such existed.
