In ver 3.3 , I can't see the apply button in Manage OS Entries. Any ideas?

Yeah, close the program and change your screen resolution to 1024 X 768 or better then reopen VistaBootPRO and you'll see the whole user interface.

I'll move your thread to the appropriate forum in due course.
