Course then there are voles, Woodchucks, moles, prairie dogs, ground squirrels, and all sorts of other critters, LOL. Maybe having squirrels isn't so bad compared to being out west.

One thing I DO know (being from Pennsylvania) is that a groundhog and a woodchuck are the same thing.
But there is no woodhog or groundchuck. Oh wait...

Well, I did mention above that I hoped that they had no offspring, well that hope was shattered today when I saw a pair of juveniles. Either that or a newlywed couple moved in! I hope my friend's friend won't mind renting out his trap again.

I got mine too
Since February a Rat has been eating the Oranges on the tree in my back yard (I get 40 a week, it eats 7-8). I caught a few but this one has escaped being a customer of my traps.
Well last night a neighborhood cat nailed it, tore the head off & gutted it on the lawn near Buff'os condo. Left the head, skin & guts for me to dispose of... nice kitty
Normally I don't like the strange neighborhood cats in the back yard (afraid it might bite Buff'o when shes doing her bug/worm eating chores) but this one has earned night stalking rights.
