Coldfyre was saying that you could have the video input selector route the video from your game consoles to a TV tuner in your computer. Only problem I see there is that I haven't worked with a TV tuner that doesn't have some sort of lag because it buffers the stream for timeshifting and other DVR functions.

Yeah, that was what I was wanting to avoid. Anyone have some suggestions?

It'd probably be easiest to forget the 2-output thing... Have the computer hooked up to both monitors, and have 1 AV switcher with inputs for the N64 and Wii, and 1 output to 1 of the TVs (either component or HDMI... HDMI should be able to carry an audio signal too fyi). OR, save your money, hook the PC up to both monitors via DVI or HDMI, hook each game system to its own TV via either component or HDMI, and then you don't need to buy switchers or anything (just something to convert the N64's video signal probably).
