I'm trying to install PHPMotion http://www.phpmotion.com/ on my server, and I followed the instructions exactly, including uploading in binary mode and CHMODing the files and folders, but when I try to run setup, I get this message...

I have the right file in my phpshield folder on my server, as well as in my classes folder, what can I do?
http://www.jimwsebstuff.com is the site I'm trying to do this on, If it works, I'm gonna use it on a different site, this is just a testing site.
