That's insane. For those in the US who want the math...

41C is 105.8 F
9C is 48.2 F

Let that sink in for a minute. Wow! Talk about hot and cold. Jeeze

That's got to be a cold front pushing through right after a warm front. Do you guys get crazy wind with those changes too?

At this time of year it should be fairly constant with a day time temp of around the 30 C mark and a night time temp of about 18 C or so.

It is a cold front coming in John, with totally unseasonal rains again (there have already been floods there during late November), in the Cape province which is a winter rainfall area and should have it's last rains around September

Anyone notice how much weirder the weather is lately?

We had an interesting front come through this weekend, though not as drastic. It was 80F here last Thursday. It was 52F here today with lows back at freezing. The lows last week are the highs now. Plus we got 2.5 inches of rain, also very strange considering how dry it's been overall.

Of course, think of those folks in the midwest in that freak ice storm.

The rain was indeed welcome, but the cold could have kept away, LOL. Back to heating the garage again - gotta keep the leafy ones warm.
