I have a dual boot setup with Windows Vista as the default O/S and Windows XP as the other. When I first boot up, the options screen looks just fine and if I select the default O/S everything also goes well.

The problem I'd like to fix is my option screen for Windows XP. Once I select Windows XP on boot up, I'm taken to another screen that lists Windows XP twice. The first on the list will return the welcome screen and eventually, Windows XP loads. If I select the second option of Windows XP, I receive an error that's of no consequence really, as there are only the two O/S's installed...I can't seem to find where this other "Windows XP" on the list is coming from.

Any ideas?
