PROnetworks - Introduction and History

PROnetworks.org is owned and operated by Tradewind Creations LLC (legally filed as 'Tradewind Creations LLC'), located in Lexington, South Carolina.

Between the years of 1999-2001, it was constituted as a partnership company known as Derrico C&J Webdesign Systems. In June 2001, the C&J Webdesign partnership officially split and the remaining 'company' was established as the WindowsPRO Network. A year later, after a successful period of rapid growth, WindowsPRO transformed into PROnetworks. In 2006 PROnetworks officially became part of Tradewind Creations LLC.

Tradewind Creations LLC hosts a variety of different websites including non-competing business sites, personal websites, and other standalone sites originally managed under PROnetworks and subsequently Hawaiian Style Organization LLC and Tradewind Creations LLC.

PROnetworks is a member of Tradewind Creations LLC, a for-profit organization.

PROnetworks, as a member of the Tradewind Creations LLC, is a legal business and entity in the United States of America.

PROnetworks Logos and Trademark Symbols

Tradewind Creations LLC and PROnetworks have several different logos. These logos are clearly marked with a PROnetworks or Tradewind Creations LLC trademark logo. If there is any doubt about a trademarked logo you should first contact PROnetworks or Tradewind Creations through the 'Contact Us' page. All use of Tradewind Creations LLC and/or PROnetworks family logos are strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized use of these logos by name or emblem without the permission of the Tradewind Creations LLC or the PROnetworks Management may result in legal action by the respective owners of the trademarks.


PROnetworks Statement of Privacy

Tradewind Creations LLC and PROnetworks are committed to protecting your privacy. This Tradewind Creations LLC Statement of Privacy applies to the PROnetworks family of Web sites and governs data collection and usage at all PROnetworks sites and services. You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-oriented or any other material that may violate any applicable laws. Tradewind Creations LLC has a strict NO FLAMING policy. Flaming will be determined by the Administrators of the site in question. Tradewind Creations LLC prohibits the use of vulgar and offensive language. Vulgar language, as determined by the staff of Tradewind Creations LLC, PROnetworks site, will be blocked from view on all public pages by default scripts that look for vulgar and offensive words. These scripts will search the site for the words in question immediately after you post and will replace them with a "***".

Violating any of these policies stated herein may lead to your being immediately and permanently banned (and your service provider being informed of your unacceptable behavior). The IP address of all posts is recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions.

Tradewind Creations LLC strictly prohibits the posting of Pornography (photos, pictures, text, etc) or links thereof. By posting any of the objectionable content (as defined by the staff of the site) you may be banned from the site indefinitely.

Tradewind Creations LLC strictly prohibits any user from asking for Crack Information, Software Keys, Warez or any illegal software in public forums.

Tradewind Creations LLC prohibits the posting of advertisements or the soliciting of business or any other type of SPAM on the site. The posting of any link to a competitor website of the Tradewind Creations LLC sites is also prohibited.

No form of membership is guaranteed and you acknowledge that by joining Tradewind Creations LLC, PROnetworks site that you understand that you may be removed or dismissed from the site at any time for any reason. Any and all reasons or motives for the removal or dismissal of any member do not have to be disclosed to that member for any reason.


Tradewind Creations LLC, PROnetworks site Staff Agreement 3

Tradewind Creations LLC, PROnetworks site is composed of staff from throughout the world. Staff is defined by PROnetworks as any registered member with a status higher than that of "base user," "visitor," or "guest." Each member of staff is here on a voluntary basis, and cannot be forced to uphold any position at anytime, under any circumstance. No member of the staff is compensated for their work or effort, or rewarded with any other material for their work on the PROnetworks site. PROnetworks does utilize a commission system for all for-profit activities, but all users must enter into a NDA payment agreement and provide proper tax documentaion prior to being compensated.

All staff forfeit any and all rights to ownership of the Tradewind Creations LLC site(s) by joining the staff or by leaving the staff. The PROnetworks site is solely owned by John C. and Natasha A. Derrick.

No staff position is guaranteed and you acknowledge that by joining the PROnetworks staff that you understand that you may be removed or dismissed from the staff at any time for any reason. Any and all reasons or a motive for the removal or dismissal of any staff member does not have to be disclosed to that member for any reason.

The staff of PROnetworks is held to the same User Agreements and Terms of Service as that of any other user as stated herein. The rules by which the staff operate and/or manage the site may be changed at any time without prior notice to any member of the staff by PROnetworks.

The statements above are acknowledged as being binding by any and all members of the staff on Tradewind Creations LLC, PROnetworks site. By joining the staff, leaving the staff, or currently acting on the staff you accept and agree to the terms of these Agreements. These terms and conditions of service may be changed at any time at the sole discretion of management of Tradewind Creations LLC, PROnetworks site.
